Returns and Exchange Policy

If your order is faulty, you have the right to return an order for a refund within 14 days of purchasing.  If a product is faulty, please contact us and we can arrange a refund or replacement in this instance.

As each item is made to order and is personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless faulty. Please check product sizes before ordering.
